How commission is calculated and when it is paid
Who can join
Registration is open to anyone. No employment contract and no formal relationship with the company — you work for yourself and are paid on what you sell.
How commission is calculated
A percentage of the order value before delivery charges. Your rate is shown in your account and rises with your tier.
Commission is recorded when the order is placed but only becomes payable once the order is actually delivered. Cancelled orders do not count.
Which orders earn
- Every order you place on behalf of a shop or company
- Every order from a customer who registered through your referral link
Where several partners serve the same shop, each keeps the commission on what they personally sold.
Tiers
Your tier is set by points earned from this month's sales. A higher tier means a higher rate and a discount on your own purchases. Points are monthly — every month starts fresh.
Province limits
Each province has a maximum number of partners. If it is full your application waits for a place. This protects your income: too many partners in one area means less for everyone.
Inactivity
If you record no sales within the set period your account is suspended and your place is freed. Your code, history and anything owed to you are kept, and you can be reactivated.
Payment
Paid by the method you choose in your account. Enter your details accurately: a transfer in a different name is returned.
What forfeits commission
- Fictitious or duplicated orders
- Giving false information about products or prices
- Using the company name for commitments management has not approved
Rates and terms may change, but only for future orders — commission already recorded is never affected.
